The RIEDEL decanter is a homage to 6th-generation Josef Riedel Senior. Known as the "Glass King of the Jizera Mountains", he developed the company into one of Europe's largest and most successful.

The historic RIEDEL lettering features at the center. Inspired by Art Nouveau, it was the signet for all products between 1890 and 1925, then reintroduced in 1996 to mark RIEDEL's 240th anniversary.
